
The Welcome Desk plays a key role in shaping the perception and image of our company – with warmth, organizational talent, and a passion for communication, as well as a friendly, committed demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
You will independently ensure the smooth handling of reception and administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact, both in person and by phone, for our customers, suppliers, partners, management, and colleagues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the telephone switchboard, including confidently and professionally handling and forwarding calls in both German and English
- Warmly welcoming our customers and guests
- Handling mail and managing emails
- Diligently managing all incoming invoices and the main cash register
- Preparing monthly credit card statements
- Managing the company fleet
- Performing general office tasks
- Providing administrative support and assistance to department management, with the opportunity to take on additional diverse administrative responsibilities in coordination with the team
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training
- Excellent communication and language skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
