KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishment and development of a (global) marketing strategy in coordination with your superior and the head of business development
- Implementation of the defined marketing mix (in cooperation with Corporate Communications and Graphic Design)
- Planning the marketing budget and monitoring costs
- Participating in trade fairs (international)
- Drive global brand awareness
- Evaluating marketing measures (campaigns, trade fairs etc.)
- Internal cooperation with sales, project management etc.
- Designing a global corporate identity
- Identifying trends
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- 7-10 years of marketing expertise, including management experience (several years of global B2B experience desirable)
- Enthusiasm for our industry (media technology, theme park attractions)
- Comprehensive knowledge of all state-of-the-art marketing tools and trends
- Structured approach, strong implementation skills, and solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive and creative personality with hands-on qualities
- Healthy self-management skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify needs and pivot efforts accordingly
- German skills desirable
