
As an experienced Service Technician, you will support our international customers in maintaining and further developing their systems. With your technical know-how, you ensure reliable system availability and provide professional, service-oriented support – with a clear focus on remote troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Customer service and technical support
- Professional, prompt, and comprehensive handling of international service requests
 - Supporting our customers in maintaining and optimizing their systems
 - Error analysis and troubleshooting on-site and remotely
 - Performing system maintenance and upgrades
 - Participating in the 24/7 service hotline on a team rotation basis
 
 - Reports, documentation & administration
- Preparing service and maintenance reports as well as performance records
 - Assisting in preparing quotes for service work, maintenance, and spare parts concepts
 
 - Collaboration and communication
- Acting as the customer interface to 3rd level support
 - Active exchange with Sales, Implementation, and R&D on improvements
 - Open and respectful communication within the team, including participation in team meetings
 - Supporting and onboarding new colleagues
 
 
YOUR PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completed technical education (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT)
 - Several years of professional experience in technical service or a similar position
 - Basic programming knowledge (PLC, node-based, graphical user interfaces)
 - Strong knowledge of networks, fieldbus systems, and digital signal transmission
 - Good written and spoken German & English skills
 - Flexibility for short-term international assignments (usually only a few days)
