In addition to the numerous projects that have already resulted from the collaboration between Europa-Park and KLT, the spectacular „Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac“ coaster has been part of the lineup since April 2024.

Developed and built by Mack Rides, the Voltron Nevera Coaster is a combination of a dark ride and a roller coaster. Standing at 32.5 meters tall, with a top speed of 100 km/h and thrilling turns, it offers an electrifying, unparalleled adventure for adrenaline junkies. Nestled in the new Croatian-themed area, designed and created by MACK One, the Voltron Coaster spans 1,385 meters in length and delivers a breathtaking experience. It features seven inversions, four launches, 2.2 seconds of weightlessness, and the steepest launch in the world at 105 degrees.

For this project, KLT was able to contribute its expertise as early as the planning phase and was responsible for the entire media technology, including the procurement, installation, and programming of audio, video, lighting, and show technology, which is used in almost all of the approximately 20 scenes. The Nikola Tesla-themed world contains numerous innovative elements, including:

• Real Tesla coils in the queue area, for which specially composed sounds were created, with their pitch synchronized to the electric discharges. Striking lighting and sound effects accompany the entire attraction.
• In the launch area, state-of-the-art LED technology is combined with high-quality projections to create a 15-second highlight before the gondolas, each seating 16 people, embark on a thrilling journey every 30 seconds.
• In the Faraday Cage scene, a transparent mesh LED and an animatronic of Nikola Tesla are featured. Our programming ensures that a different show is generated for each ride, offering visitors a varied and dynamic experience, even after multiple rides.
• As an additional highlight, the ice cream parlor across the way was equipped with media technology to present an hourly animatronic show, which seamlessly fits into the Tesla theme.
